It has been more than a year and a half since Holy Trinity Lutheran Church had a resident pastor. That has changed with a vote from congregants that brought Annemarie Cook to their fold.
Cook and her husband of four years, Tim, have recently moved into the pastor’s residence. The home had been completely renovated by several church members including Kevin Lannon and Josh Van Kirk, who were honored at a recent service.
“There is a sense of community that you can’t find any place else,” Cook said. “My husband and I were hoping that in the course of our life in this vocation we would end up in this location.”
